About Shun

Shun is fully versed in strategic marketing concepts and the application of these in the real world to minimise his clients’ stress concerning one of life’s largest transactions.

Recognising the importance of the agent’s role in maximising sales

opportunities within a given time frame and with minimum fuss, Shun has been involved in successful commercial sales at all levels from land,

industrial sheds, through to purpose built commercial complexes.

Shun believes that the secret to success is open communication, he always strives to keep his vendors and buyers informed and takes pride in his ability to negotiate successful outcomes to everyone’s satisfaction. To him that’s a win/win result.

Skills & expertise

Honest appraisals, Shun will tell you what your property is worth rather than tell you what you want to hear. Once you agree on the market price, he will defend that price.

Shun has been practicing since 2009.

Various First National awards. Awards are nice but customer satisfaction is what is important.

Community involvement

Shun has a young family so community involvement is somewhat limited, other than helping out at Durack primary school barbecues and assisting the Palmerston Magpies under 12 side whenever possible.

What Shun's clients are saying

Garry and I would like to thank you for the professional manner in which you sold our home at. 25 Pott St, Moil. We did not have to contact you to find out anything as you always kept us in the loop and for this we say thank you”. Shun demonstrated a good understanding of the market and from the outset he displayed a professional and passionate approach, commencing with a no nonsense, straight forward and realistic assessment of the right strategy to sell our home. Shun was friendly, punctual and efficient in conducting open inspections and in promoting the sale of our property during a period of a downturn in property sales in Darwin that resulted in the sale of our home in 2011 at a price that was satisfactory to us.
